In general, we tend to believe that Branding is the isologotype of a brand or company, but this is a big mistake, the isologotype is only a portion that must correctly identify the concept of the brand.
To understand a little more, it is necessary to start with some questions:

What is the brand’s personality?
How does the brand of the competition stand out?
How does the user feel about the product?

Branding is from how the customer is served, how the customer receives the product or service, the communication of the emails and the web (the form of writing must respond to what I want to communicate), the different communication supports and design pieces , the music and sounds with the brand, the synaesthetic experiences to which the brand refers, the details, how the user is treated, the attention of the employees and their presence.
